  • Configure and refine workflows, intake forms, and routing logic to improve flow from request through delivery
  • Ensure scalable intake and balanced workload distribution across offshore and distributed resources
  • Monitor routing performance, SLA adherence, and capacity signals to proactively mitigate delivery risk
  • Implement targeted workflow improvements that strengthen prioritization, clarity, and throughput
  • Partner with the Senior Creative Program Manager on system governance, reporting visibility, and long-term platform enhancements
  • Drive adoption and accountability across intake and assignment processes

Advance AI-Enabled Resourcing & Automation

  • Own and evolve AI- and automation-driven workflows across the end-to-end creative workflow with clear accountability for performance outcomes
  • Define and prioritize enhancements to bot-enabled workflows in partnership with technology teams
  • Implement and optimize human+ automation workflows that reduce manual intervention while improving consistency and speed
  • Lead field enablement efforts to ensure successful adoption of automated intake and routing processes
  • Use performance data to continuously refine automation rules, workflow logic, and system accuracy

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Serve as a clear subject matter expert on creative resourcing standards, capacity guardrails, and intake best practices
  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, Production, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and guide complex intake decisions
  • Communicate resourcing decisions, constraints, and SLA expectations with transparency and consistency
  • Surface forward-looking risks related to scope, capacity, and delivery timelines, and recommend structured solutions
  • Guide stakeholders through workflow updates, automation enhancements, and evolving intake standards

Scale Operational Excellence

  • Strengthen accountability and consistency across intake, routing, and delivery workflows
  • Identify systemic friction points and implement structured, scalable process improvements
  • Leverage performance dashboards and operational data to improve throughput, predictability, and utilization health
