Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data Analyst Salt Lake City, UT (onsite or remote ok if have experience working remote) 3 month contract $50- $58 an hour Immediate hire for a Senior Data Analyst that will focus on the analysis, cleansing, validation, and preparation of SAP vendor master data to establish a trusted inventory of active vendors and suppliers. Successful candidate will work closely with Cyber Security, Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to improve vendor data quality and support supplier classification and tiering activities aligned to the company Third-Party Cyber Risk Management Policy. This position is delivery-focused and does not include responsibility for vendor cyber risk assessments, procurement operations, SAP administration, ERP implementation, or cybersecurity engineering activities. Will be responsible for Vendor Master Data Assessment & Analysis, Data Cleansing & Remediation, Active Vendor Identification, TPCRM Vendor Classification & Tiering Readiness, Reporting and Documentation. Requirements: "Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Master Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or similar role. "Demonstrated experience working with large enterprise datasets exceeding 10,000 records. "Experience performing data profiling, cleansing, normalization, reconciliation, validation, and remediation activities requiring multiple iterations. "Experience supporting enterprise data quality improvement initiatives. "Experience working with SAP vendor, supplier, customer, or master data records. "Experience developing reporting, dashboards, and management-level analysis. "Proven ability to independently manage deliverables and priorities within a project delivery environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUPNLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data analysis functions. "Strong SQL (PostgreSQL) skills and experience performing data analysis against large datasets. "Experience performing large-scale data quality and reconciliation activities. "Experience creating dashboards and management reporting. "Ability to interpret, document, and apply business rules to complex data scenarios. "Strong analytical, troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Skills: " Vendor Master Data Management initiatives. " Procurement, Supplier Management, or Accounts Payable business processes. " Master Data Management (MOM} programs. " ERP implementation, migration, or transformation initiatives.
