You'll harness your visionary mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and robust problem-solving abilities to propel comprehensive design solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients throughout the design journey - Lead and inspire the design team - Craft initial requirements programs and develop spatial standards - Execute test-fittings, schematic layouts, and code evaluations - Prepare budget-focused design scope documents - Conceptualize innovative 3D designs, including lighting and FF&E elements - Liaise extensively with clients, consultants, and the project team - Organize and deliver compelling design presentations - Curate, showcase, and specify furniture, finishes, and decor
Conduct guided furniture showroom explorations - Assemble and evaluate furniture bid documentation - Validate dealer specifications and work on design development packages - Oversee construction document coordination, integrating detailed specifications and sketches - Assess engineering documents to ensure design coherence - Contribute to construction bid reviews and value-driven engineering - Evaluate shop drawings and submittals for adherence to design intent - Undertake periodic site visits during construction - Participate in business and presentation preparations
Qualifications: - Extensive knowledge in Corporate/Commercial/Workplace Interiors - Mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite - Skilled in crafting photorealistic renderings using Enscape and AI tools - Competence in furniture systems specification - Familiar with schematic design, development, and contractual documentation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a detail-focused approach and multitasking ability in a bustling environment
