Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485, etc.). Drive design controls, including risk management, verification, and validation. Partner with R&D to identify and mitigate product and process risks early. Review and approve design documentation, specifications, and change controls. Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Extensive experience in design quality within the medical device industry. Strong knowledge of design controls, risk management (ISO 14971), and validation processes. Familiarity with FDA regulations and quality standards such as ISO 13485. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and regulatory teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
