The Application Evolution Services team is a part of PwC Poland. Our work requires constant monitoring of the operation of applications and real-time response. We also improve existing products and introduce new functionalities, so that applications can advance in parallel with our clients' growth. We are looking for:

Senior Developer SAP Analytics with German

Your future role:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end SAP analytics solutions, including data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development using SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Embedded Analytics,

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data owners to understand analytics requirements and translate them into effective technical deliverables,

• Implement complex data extractions, transformations, and data loading (ETL) processes within SAP environments, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization,

• Support the integration of SAP Analytics solutions with other SAP modules and third-party systems,

• Apply best practices in SAP analytics development, including security, performance tuning, and data governance,

• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers and team members,

• Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting activities,

• Stay current with emerging SAP analytics technologies and tools to recommend innovative solutions that add value to our clients.

Apply if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics development, including hands-on expertise with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP Embedded Analytics,

• Written and spoken German - min B2.

• Written and spoken English - min B2.

• Strong skills in data modeling, ETL processes, and report/dashboard design within SAP analytics tools,

• Experience with SAP BW query design, MultiProvider, CompositeProvider, ABAP programming for analytics, and SAP HANA views (Calculation Views, CDS views),

• Ability to work closely with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions,

• Knowledge of SAP security concepts in analytics and data governance principles,

• Experience mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus,

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field,

• Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).

Nice to have

• SAP certifications in relevant modules.

• Understanding of ITIL principles and the overall managed service process.
