This role has Bristol, UK as our primarily location but can be based in other locations as well (Netherlands, Germany, Baltics or Sweden) or remote.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll contribute to designing, building, automating, testing, and maintaining our software systems, while learning from experienced engineers who will support your growth.

You'll work with modern cloud-native tools and play a part in our transformation from a centralized monolith to a microservices ecosystem.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll:

  • Standardize observability across systems by implementing baseline visibility and proactive, programmatic monitoring, embedding observability into designs from day one.
  • Design and deliver automation with Architecture and Platform teams to remove repetitive work, strengthen self‑healing capabilities, and enable developers to focus on shipping product features using proven frameworks.
  • Champion security best practices by working closely with engineers to prevent, resolve, and learn from security issues-minimizing risk and disruption to product development.
  • Raise team capability and maturity through mentorship, design guidance, hands‑on project support, and participation in support and on‑call rotations.
  • Support incident response and recovery by contributing to rapid resolution, leading root cause analysis, and driving improvements based on post‑incident learnings.
  • Own your personal development by engaging in learning paths, L&D programs, coaching, stretch assignments, and on‑the‑job learning opportunities.
