We are recruiting for a Senior Digital Product Management Specialist within our Analytics and Innovation team in US MedTech who is passionate about defining analytics strategies and translating these strategies into measurable business results. Our function spans across the entire Supply Chain enterprise. This wide scope will enable you to work with various internal and external partners to help identify viable and advanced analytics opportunities and then conceive, develop, and implement data-focused analytical solutions.
This role will play a critical role in leading the implementation of our analytics strategies across Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service, Franchise Integration, and upstream supply chain partners. You will have the outstanding opportunity to build your supply chain knowledge, inclusive of inbound and outbound process improvements, your project leadership skillset, and your analytical talent. You will lead the deployment of Analytics Enablement strategies, ensuring we continue to upskill our capabilities to deliver superior customer service and move towards Digital Supply Chain!
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build descriptive to prescriptive digital products and analytical tools to improve our operational efficiency, improve service, and reduce cost
Act as a digital SME for our Customer Service, Distribution, Transportation, Franchise Integration, and upstream supply chain partner functions, like PLAN and MAKE
Apply project management skills (Lean, FPX, Agile, etc.) to optimally deliver analytics use cases to the business, on time and as expected
Collaborate and communicate across our extended team and primary stakeholders to deploy analytics use cases, inclusive of organizational change management activities, to drive adoption of new capabilities and retire old processes
Introduce new ideas to shift our organizations ways of working, leveraging decision science and improving speed to insight
Shape and execute Digital Enablement strategy, advancing all levels of the organization in aspiration of our Digital Supply Chain Strategy
Cultivate and develop partnerships with internal partners to drive process improvement and automation
Drive the identification and business case development of advanced analytics use cases within the E2E supply chain
Act as the lead consulting partner in the area of data and analytics for the various technology teams within the Deliver Organization
Use innovative technologies to solve complex business problems
Integrate into key business operational processes, as required, to effectively understand the needs of our supply chain business end-to-end
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience
Supply Chain or Logistics experience
Experience or solid understanding of Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Data Warehouse Architecture, Microsoft Azure, and/or Amazon Web Services
Advanced proficiency of various Data & Analytics tools, with demonstrated business results in optimizing business processe
Preferred:
Project Management/leadership experience
MBA/advanced degree and/or focused degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Business
E2E Supply Chain, Plan, or Make experience
Experience with technologies which have growing Deliver business importance like Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, R, Python, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Factory, etc.
Process Excellence experience/training or certification (Lean, Six Sigma, FPX, Agile, etc.)
