SALARY: 160,000 - 190,000, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sr. Director of Revenue Management and Sales Intelligence plays an integral role within our Commercial, Retail and Field Sales department by being the point of contact RM and SI related requests in the West Region. This position will collaboratively build our Revenue and Sales Intelligence Strategies for the West Region and the CA 10YP team, and cascade this information out to the field teams to implement in the marketplace. This position will track against the strategies we are setting forth in the marketplace ensuring we are achieving the Price to Consumer we are recommending to the Wholesalers. The Sr. Director of RMSI will work closely with Revenue teams and Sales Intelligence teams to ensure the strategies are easy to comprehend and concrete for the field. It is a highly visible position, working closely with senior leaders of the organization and various cross-functional work groups on a Regional and National Level.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Support the Region Vice President, Commercial Directors, Retail Sales Directors, and other Region Directors by providing routine sales reporting, ad hoc support, and sales / share / distribution analysis, drilling into root causes of performance gaps

  • Create and update sales presentations for use in communication meetings, retailer visits, and planning meetings

  • Create clear Pricing Guidelines for the AB Portfolio and review Price Change Requests

  • Identifies and cascades best practices between markets

  • Conducts training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance on key initiatives

  • Develop and implement a strategic 1YP and 3YP for the Sales department

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and accountability for metrics and result

  • Coach, lead, and direct the Sales organization in order to provide efficient business and career growth

  • Manage analytic pool/pipeline in Region for RMSI and other functions

  • Work Cross Functionally across Commercial, Trade Marketing, Retail, Beyond Beer, HE, and the local Wholesalers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree with a preference to Economics, Business, or Finance - highly preferred

  • Ability to create a storyline that motivates others

  • Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results

  • Ability to connect disparate commercial performance targets and understand their potential interaction

  • Very high level of attention to detail

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
