Job Description
Coke Florida is searching for a Senior Director, Enterprise Inventory Management to work out of our Tampa facility.
What You Will Do:As the Senior Director, Enterprise Inventory Management, you will establish the vision strategy, governance and operating disciplines that drive inventory excellence across Coke Florida. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on inventory productivity, inventory accuracy, customer service performance and supply chain effectiveness while developing the organizational capabilities needed to achieve current company goals and support future growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the enterprise inventory strategy aligned with organizational objectives, customer requirements and financial prioritiesProvide leadership and direction for enterprise inventory organization including, but not limited to, Inventory Director, Inventory Managers, Planners and Control AssistantsEstablish the inventory operating model, governance structure, policies, standards and decision-making framework across the networkDefine enterprise inventory performance expectations and accountability mechanismsEnsure inventory processes and practices are standardized while allowing flexibility to meet operational requirementsServe as the enterprise authority and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on inventory strategy, inventory controls, inventory governance and performance.Lead enterprise inventory investment strategies designed to maximize effectiveness while supporting service commitmentsDrive responsible inventory investment decisions through advanced analytics and business planningOptimize:
Inventory turnsSafety stock levelsInventory deploymentReplenishment effectiveness
Ensure inventory strategies support superior customer service outcomes across the businessPartner with Commercial Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation and Distribution Teams to maximize:

Reduce out-of-stocks through improved forecasting, inventory positioning and network executionOwn inventory performance across all inventory locations throughout the networkEstablish enterprise scorecards, dashboards and performance review routinesMonitor and improve:

Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations regarding inventory performance, risk exposure and optimization opportunitiesEstablish and maintain work-class inventory controls and governance practicesStrengthen accountability across locations for inventory and asset managementEnsure compliance with financial, operational, regulatory and company standardsDevelop and execute the enterprise inventory technology and automation roadmapEvaluate and implement solutions that enhance visibility, accuracy, and operation effectiveness including:

Education and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics or related field10+ years of progressive leadership experience across supply chain, inventory management, planning, logistics, warehouse or distribution functionsDemonstrated success leading enterprise inventory strategies and large-scale inventory optimization initiativesExperience leading multi-site or enterprise-wide supply chain functionsProven success managing inventory performance and working capitalExperience building governance structures, operating standards and performance management routines company-wide
Additional qualifications that will strengthen your candidacy:
MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fieldExperience working in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Beverage, Food Manufacturing, or High-Volume Distribution environmentsPrevious experience working with a Coca-Cola BottlerHands-on experience with the following technologies:
