Job Description Summary:
The Senior Legal Counsel,GlobalStrategicPartnershipswillseekto advancetheCompany’sstrategicdigital transformation, marketing, andprocurementobjectivesbynegotiatingglobal marketing and technologytransactions andsupporting theCompany’srelationships with global agencies andmarketing, technology, and datavendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working in a networked manner with colleagues in the Global Legal Function, corporate functions such as Marketing,Procurement,Finance, IP, IT, Privacy and Data Security, and acrosstheCompany’sglobal Operating Units.
What You'll Do for Us:
Activelyparticipateon theGlobalStrategicPartnerships legalteam,collaborating with other attorneys in the Global Legal Function and business colleagues across theCoca-Cola system;
Establish strong relationships to help drive the strategic priorities oftheGlobal Marketing and Procurement functions andthe Company's digital transformation plan,with an emphasis onmarketingtechnologyand datatransactions,agency agreements,IT procurement, anddigital strategy; .
Maintain an ongoing understanding of trends indigitalmarketingandtechnologytoanticipateand evaluate risk and think and act strategically in support of the business.
Draft, review,and negotiate Master Agreements and related documents withstrategic global marketingand technologypartnersandvendors,including enterprise software licensing, managed services, SaaS, hardware, cloud, hosting, outsourcing, and related agreements.
Provide commercial contracting support and subject matterexpertisefor the Company's digital transformation initiatives, including the ability toidentifyissues attendant to technology contracting, such as AI and transactional data privacy issues.
Manage and prioritize assignments to ensuretimely, customer-oriented support for the business.
Ensure compliance with theCompany’sCode of Business Conduct and ethical standards by providing guidance and governance to our client groups.
Collaborate with colleagues and work toa performance standard that helpsestablishservice level consistency across the Global Strategic Partnerships Legal Team and the Global Legal Function overall.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Juris DoctorateDegree or its equivalent;
Licensed to practice law under any U.S. State or International equivalent andmaintaininggoodstanding under the corresponding legal practice regulatory body;
5+years of legal practice experience in a large law firm or similar large corporate in-house environment, with at least3years managing complex commercialtransactions and negotiations;
1-2+ years’ experienceworking on deals related todigital marketing, technology, enterprise software licensing, SaaS, and AI,as part of an IP transactional or technology transactions practice at a law firm and/or in a busy in-house environment.
Experience with IP (copyright, trademark, name-image-likeness) and technologyrelated transactions, including the ability toidentifyissuesattendant to technology contracting, such as AI and transactional data privacy issues.
Strong legal digital skills including digital marketing literacy, legal analytics and AI, cybersecurity awareness, and document management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze and articulate complex issues for a non-legal audience andprovidebusiness-practical legal advice where possible.
Business acumen and a non-“siloed”,enterprise-wide mindset, with a demonstrated global perspective.
Ability toanticipaterisks and find creativeand practicalsolutionsto complex problems.
Ability to manage andpivotmultiple urgent projects and priorities.
Ability to build positive relationships instilling confidence in senior stakeholders and drive consensus among multiple functions.

$201,000 - $243,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
