About This Role

Crusoe is scaling one of the fastest-growing global workplace and data center portfolios in the industry, with active real estate initiatives spanning San Francisco, Denver, London, Tel Aviv, Bellevue, and beyond, alongside a rapidly expanding global data center footprint. We're looking for a Senior Director, Real Estate & Portfolio Strategy to lead the strategy, execution, and financial management of our global co-location, manufacturing office and data center lease portfolio.

You'll work closely with our exclusive global brokerage partner, Legal, Finance, People, Data Center Operations, and business leaders to deliver thoughtful, data-driven real estate solutions that support Crusoe's continued expansion.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior real estate leader who thrives on managing multiple concurrent transactions across office, manufacturing and data center/colocation portfolios, enjoys the financial and analytical side of commercial real estate, and wants to build scalable portfolio strategies, lease governance, and audit processes for a rapidly growing global company.

What You'll Be Working On
