Senior Director, HP Store Marketing & Merchandising

Job SummaryThis role is responsible for ensuring a unified approach to all marketing and merchandising activities for HP Store, helping GTM teams deliver on revenue targets. They will provide leadership oversight in developing and implementing global interactive and web marketing strategies, offering expert guidance to improve marketing efficiency, and overseeing cost-effective initiatives. Additionally, the role holds accountability for crucial leadership decisions, budget approvals, ensuring compliance, driving operational success, and serving as a key advisor to executive management.

Responsibilities• Provides leadership oversight on the development and adoption of the overall global web marketing and merchandising strategies, policies, processes, and standards to maximize brand visibility, customer acquisition, and online engagement.• Provides expert guidance on improvement efforts in web marketing efficiencies through process, tools, and collaboration.• Leads key leadership decisions and approves staffing, budgets, workflow prioritization for the entire department.• Oversees critical business partnerships including selection, management, negotiation and relationship with agencies and other business partners, drives adoption of advance web strategies and methods.• Ensures that all departmental activities are in compliance with all web standards, processes and tools, and regulatory laws, and handles any escalations.• Accounts for operational success, alignment of strategies, and integration of activities with major organizational functions, setting policies and owns numerous measurable goals.• Serves as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business, while also developing organizational policies and authorizing their implementation.Education & Experience Recommended• This role requires expertise across several Digital optimization functions and the ability to scale processes globally• Minimum 15+ years of experience in digital marketing related roles; 10+ in leadership roles• Proven track record of driving business efficiencies through process automation & streamlining within marketing & merchandising functions• Previous experience managing Global marketing programs with budget ownership & revenue accountability• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms• Ability to work in fast-paced environment; can work effectively as part of Global, virtual team• Strong identifier and coach talent, building a best-in-class talent bench and effectively managing performance expectations.• Effective in leading cross organizational collaboration and track-record of influencing to achieve results

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is$273,700to$437,900USD annually with a60%/40%(salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
