  • Serve as a strategic integrator across HR, Technology, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional partners to align priorities, manage interdependencies, and balance competing demands.

  • Provide enterprise-wide visibility into portfolio progress, proactively surfacing risks and tradeoffs to senior leadership with clear recommendations.

  • Inspire, develop, and empower leadership teams to deliver transformation excellence at scale, setting standards for program management rigor across People@Nasdaq.

  • Champion operational discipline and change agility, ensuring initiatives remain outcomes-focused while building long-term organizational capability.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership experience driving complex, cross-functional programs or transformations in global, enterprise environments.

  • Demonstrated success shaping operating models, governance structures, and large-scale change initiatives with measurable business impact.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

  • Exceptional strategic judgment and ability to drive execution in ambiguous, evolving, and fast-paced environments.

  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear decisions and executive-level narratives.

  • Deep understanding of organizational change, transformation delivery, and enterprise program governance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in human resources transformation, people technology, or AI-enabled change initiatives.

  • Familiarity with capital markets, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
