We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Driver Safety Training,to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries. Position Highlights:The Senior Director oversees a multi‑modal, high‑volume training portfolio reaching more than one million drivers annually. They guide a cross-functional team focused on product innovation, instructional design, delivery operations, and evaluation. Success in this role includes expanding access to high‑risk and underserved populations, improving training outcomes, scaling partnerships, and reinforcing NSC’s position as the trusted leader in evidence-based driver safety trainingWhat You’ll Do:

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in public health, transportation, education, business, or related field preferred.
- 12–15+ years of leadership experience in driver safety, training, transportation, insurance, or closely related industries.
- Proven experience with P&L ownership, pricing strategy, forecasting, and managing large product portfolios.
- National-level presence with demonstrated ability to build strategic alliances and represent organizations in high-visibility settings.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Direct experience in safety or injury prevention sectors strongly preferred.
- Ability to interpret and apply real‑world datasets (fleet/insurer data, telematics, evaluation findings).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and judgment skills; ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- Experience supporting multilingual and accessible learning solutions preferred.
- This a remote position.
- Salary range: $170,000 to $175,000
- At least 20 PTO days accrued 1st year and 11 paid holidays
