NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It’s a unique legacy of innovation that’s fueled by great technology—and amazing people. Today, we’re harnessing the boundless possibilities of AI to build the future landscape of computing. An era in which our GPU acts as the brains of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can understand the world. Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work. Join our team and discover how you can build a lasting impact on the world.

Join NVIDIA, a trailblazer in computer graphics, AI, and advanced computational technologies, and embrace a pivotal role within our DGX Cloud and DSX OS teams as Senior Director, NCP & ISV Business Development. This position provides an exceptional opportunity to foster strategic partnerships, support technical integrations, and offer outstanding solutions. If you are passionate about innovation and committed to generating lasting business impact, this position is for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Attaining the NCP and ISV business-development plan for DGX Cloud and DSX OS through collaboration with a diverse group of software and cloud partners.

  • Researching, identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing prospective partners based on strategic fit, customer demand, technical value, and business potential.

  • Developing partner relationships with business, product, engineering, and executive collaborators.

  • Managing the agreement lifecycle from initial opportunity definition through negotiation, internal approval, signature, launch, and ongoing governance.

  • Leading day-to-day development of program and commercial agreements for onboarding, integration, validation, certification, joint solutions, marketplace participation, and co-sell initiatives.

  • Coordinating internal reviews with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Developer Relations, Security, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Detailing partner deliverables, achievements, success measures, and paths for addressing critical issues.

  • Working with technical teams to translate integration requirements into executable partner commitments.

  • Building and maintaining joint business plans to move signed partners into active integrations, validated offerings, and customer deployments.

  • Preparing and running partner operating reviews, tracking commitments, identifying risks, and driving follow-through.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience

  • 18+ overall years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, alliances, cloud platforms, enterprise software, AI infrastructure, or a related field with 10+ years of leadership experience managing large, geographically distributed sales teams

  • Proven success originating, structuring, negotiating, and activating complex strategic agreements with cloud providers, software companies, platform partners, or other technology ecosystem participants.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud and AI business frameworks, partner financial dynamics, platform engagement, and the commercial factors involved in launching collaborative technology solutions to market.

  • Experience leading both programmatic and commercial negotiations, including the ability to develop arguments, financial models, value exchanges, commitments, achievements, and governance structures.

  • Strong technical proficiency across AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, distributed systems, Kubernetes, orchestration, training, inference, observability, resiliency, or related software layers.

  • Demonstrated ability to work credibly with partner executives as well as product managers, engineers, solution architects, finance teams, and attorneys.

  • A record of converting signed partnerships into measurable operating results—not simply completing transactions.

  • Outstanding judgment, executive communication, relationship development, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to influence complex organizations without direct authority and personally drive multiple strategic workstreams from ambiguity to completion.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Established relationships across NCPs, cloud infrastructure providers, AI-native companies, enterprise ISVs, and the broader AI software ecosystem.

  • Experience with GPU clouds, AI factories, infrastructure software, developer platforms, or production AI workloads.

  • Experience developing marketplace, co-sell, consumption, offtake, certification, validation, or joint-solution agreements.

  • Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies and ecosystem programs, including DGX, CUDA, Kubernetes-based AI infrastructure, inference and training software, or partner-validation programs.

  • Experience building a new partnership motion, commercial framework, or partner program from the ground up.
