Who You'll Be Working With

At PMG, our Convergent Video & Audio team is at the forefront of blending traditional and convergent video media strategies, helping brands create immersive, cross-platform experiences that connect with audiences across TV, streaming, radio, and emerging media channels. We craft high-impact campaigns that seamlessly integrate across multiple touchpoints, ensuring brands reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right message-whether they're watching, listening, or engaging in new and evolving ways.

You'll work alongside media strategists, creative teams, analytics experts, Client Strategists, data engineers, and top industry sales & measurement vendors, executing campaigns that drive measurable results and fuel brand growth. From optimizing placements and analyzing performance trends to negotiating media buys and developing cutting-edge measurement solutions, you'll play a vital role in shaping how brands maximize their impact in an increasingly fragmented media landscape.

Beyond execution, this role is about pioneering innovation in convergent media-testing new ad formats, leveraging audience insights, and integrating data-driven strategies that enhance engagement and ROI. What You'll Bring

  • 12+ years of experience in Convergent Video & Audio, including 8+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A Senior Media Director (M8) is in charge of the Convergent Video & TV media practice. This executive role involves providing strategic leadership for all TV, CTV, and radio media activities, ensuring integration with overall marketing plans and other media channels.
  • The Senior Director oversees multiple teams and managers, guides high-level client strategy and relationships, drives innovation and new business, and manages the financial and operational performance of the media department.
  • This person is both a media expert and a business leader, responsible for keeping the agency at the forefront of the convergent media landscape and delivering exceptional results for clients.
  • Mastery in marketing strategy, planning, and analysis, shaping data-driven, high-impact convergent media initiatives.
  • Expertise in marketing metrics, leveraging advanced measurement techniques to optimize cross-platform campaigns.
  • Extensive experience in media planning & buying, ensuring seamless execution and strategy alignment across convergent video and traditional channels.
  • Holds established relationships with senior sales leaders in the broadcast industry.
  • Deep knowledge of convergent video and audio platforms, leading the integration of multi-channel media strategies.
  • Proficiency in geofencing, Nielsen DMAs, and measurement tools like Vivvix, VideoAmp, and EDO, enhancing audience segmentation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Advanced experience with convergent video and traditional ad platforms, including Innovid and iSpot, using data-driven insights for strategic media optimization.
