Job Description
Title: Senior Director, Physician Services Location: Las Cruces, NM (On-Site) Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 Relocation Assistance: Available Reports To: Chief Executive OfficerKey Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership and oversight for physician practice operations across the market.
- Drive financial, operational, and quality performance of employed physician practices.
- Lead and develop practice administrators, market managers, and physician services teams.
- Partner with hospital leadership and physicians to execute strategic growth initiatives.
- Oversee physician practice acquisitions, integrations, and operational start-ups.
- Ensure effective implementation and optimization of EMR/EHR strategies.
- Monitor physician employment agreements and operational compliance.
- Develop and manage operational and capital budgets.
- Build strong physician relationships and support provider engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and executive leadership on talent development and succession planning.
- Support new practice development, onboarding, and practice management training programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of physician practice management experience.
- Experience leading multi-site physician practices or medical group operations.
- Strong operational, financial, and physician leadership experience.
- Ability to relocate to Las Cruces, NM within 45 days of hire.
