Job Duties:
- Define and execute enterprise IT strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Re-architect infrastructure supporting engineering applications (Autodesk, ESRI, Bentley)
- Lead cloud strategy, infrastructure, and end-user services
- Build and own enterprise integration across ERP, HRIS (Workday), and business systems
- Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity
- Establish IT governance, project prioritization, and delivery frameworks
- Partner with executive leadership to align IT with growth, M&A, and business objectives
- Lead, develop, and restructure IT teams to improve performance and engagement
- Introduce and evolve data strategy, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives
Job Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally within an AEC / engineering consulting environment
- Strong background in infrastructure, cloud strategy, and enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, integrations)
- Proven experience leading IT transformation or modernization initiatives
- Experience supporting engineering applications (Autodesk, ESRI, Bentley)
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and IT operations
- Experience with system integration, data architecture, or platform connectivity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Hands-on, player-coach leadership style
