Senior Director of Operations

- MD will:Provide executive-level leadership for a diverse portfolio of federal and commercial construction projects.Partner closely with the COO to develop and execute operational strategies that support long-term growth objectives.Direct project teams to ensure delivery excellence, schedule adherence, budget performance, and client satisfaction.Lead and mentor project executives, project managers, and operations personnel to build a high-performing culture.Drive resource planning and workforce optimization to support increasing project demand.Strengthen client relationships and support business development efforts within the federal construction marketplace.Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, and field operations teams to maximize project success.Monitor project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations.Support the company's expansion efforts while maintaining its strong reputation for quality and execution.Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and organizational growth.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. - MD will have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Extensive leadership experience within federal construction contracting environments.Proven success overseeing large-scale federal, government, defense, or mission-critical construction programs.Strong operational leadership experience managing multiple project teams and business units.Experience working within highly secure facilities or government environments preferred.U.S. Citizenship required.Ability to successfully pass federal background investigations and maintain secure facility access.Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and lead organizational growth initiatives.Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.Strong financial, operational, and strategic decision-making capabilities.The Senior Director of Operations
