Overview
Job Description
- Printing, issuing, and tracking engineering and construction drawings and documents
- Maintaining project files through the life of the project
- Scanning, filing, and distributing controlled communications such as meeting minutes, scope definitions, drawing review comments, QA/QC checklists, etc.
- Project closeout, archiving, and folder management
- Data entry for administrative software support
- Proposal and contract support
- Maintaining good communication within the document control organization and with all customers throughout the organization
- Scheduling and preparation for design, engineering, and construction meetings
- Delivery pickup and tracking of City of Boise
- Scheduling and preparation for Business Plan ramp planning
- Operating, maintaining, and stocking print reproduction equipment
- Tracking progress and providing accountability
- Getting results through collaborative teamwork
- Ensuring data integrity
- Ability to develop and understand policies, procedures, and department objectives and apply that knowledge when making decisions
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills

- Able to work under pressure toward deadlines
- Able to multi‑task concurrently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to stage and load large‑format printers (plotter paper rolls, approximately 20–25 lbs.)
- Experience with design, engineering, and construction a plus
- SharePoint experience a plus
- Two years’ experience with recordkeeping or general administrative support
- Semiconductor industry is preferred
- High School Diploma
- 2 Years of College
