  • Execute I&B programs and initiatives across hiring processes and employee-facing efforts in partnership with the I&B team, Inclusion Networks, and People Business Partners
  • Serve as program owner for assigned TA and I&B initiatives, accountable for delivery from planning through rollout
  • Own delivery timelines, ensuring launches and milestones stay on track and risks are surfaced early
  • Develop and roll out success profiles and structured interview guides for designated high-volume roles
  • Create, update, and maintain TA-focused internal content and learning resources
  • Track program health, hiring outcomes, timelines, and participation metrics using structured planning and tracking practices
  • Use quantitative and qualitative feedback, including surveys, to inform program iteration and continuous improvement

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience supporting university recruiting or early career hiring programs
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex programs across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Familiarity with fair hiring practices, structured interviewing, and TA enablement
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working across time zones
  • Ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment and visibility with leadership
  • Comfort using data and feedback to assess program health and drive improvements
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments
