Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong MEP experience to lead electrical system design efforts and mentor junior team members. This individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality construction documents and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Work ArrangementOnsite only at the Orlando office (remote work is not available for this role)

Key Responsibilities

Lead electrical design for commercial, multifamily, healthcare, municipal, and specialty projectsDevelop power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage system designsPrepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and calculationsCoordinate with mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and structural teamsSupport construction administration activities, including site visits and responding to RFIsEnsure compliance with applicable codes and industry standardsMentor and guide junior engineers and designers

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in MEP electrical designStrong background in commercial and multifamily projectsProficiency in industry-standard design softwareSolid understanding of NEC and applicable building codesExcellent communication and coordination skillsProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred but NOT required
