Overview
Job Description
- Lead diverse projects independently with limited supervision.
- Coach and review work of junior professionals.
- Support continuous improvement and automation activities.
- Utilize engineering software and equipment for tasks.
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications to meet standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, customers, and stakeholders on projects.
- Design, implement, and maintain electrical systems for various purposes.
- Coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Compile data and write reports on engineering studies and projects.
- Perform detailed calculations for standards and specifications.
- Prepare material and equipment specifications for purchases.
- Estimate labor, material, and construction costs for budgets.
- Supervise and train project team members.
- Conduct field surveys to identify and correct power system issues.
- Investigate complaints to determine problems.
- Oversee project production to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Inspect installations for compliance with design and safety standards.
- Plan and implement research methodologies for engineering projects.
- Knowledge of different aircraft types, such as single-engine, multi-engine, jets, helicopter, UAV, and UAS is required.Â
- Experience with LED RGB lighting is required to demonstrate proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining these systems. This includes knowledge of relevant software and troubleshooting various lighting systems. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited engineering school; or related engineering degree with an electrical engineering emphasis required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
