Senior Electrical Engineer Location: Dallas, TX (75220) Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000/year Relocation Assistance Available Sponsorship Not Available Role Summary A multidisciplinary design and engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage electrical engineering projects across residential and commercial sectors. This role involves overseeing all phases of design and execution, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities Manage electrical engineering projects of varying size and complexity Develop concept designs, load calculations, schematics, and system reports Design electrical systems: distribution, UPS, lighting, life safety, fire alarm, and more Integrate ICAT services: AV, communications, security, structured cabling Write and review construction specifications and concept reports Ensure technical accuracy and quality across all deliverables Lead project teams and allocate resources effectively Conduct site visits during construction phases as needed Maintain project schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction Review shop drawings and identify scope changes or additional service needs Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred) Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
