Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager (8+ Years Experience)

Location: Clarks Summit, PA (Onsite with Hybrid Fridays)Salary Range: $105,000 - $140,000 (based on experience, project management background, and licensure)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Continuing Education Support

Position Overview

A multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in building systems design to join its MEP team. This role involves leading projects from concept through construction, mentoring junior staff, coordinating across disciplines, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Projects include healthcare, educational, commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities throughout PA, NY, and NJ.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and analysis of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and special systemsManage projects through all phases including design, documentation, coordination, and construction administrationMentor and support junior electrical staff and designersCoordinate with architects, MEP disciplines, owners, contractors, and consultantsOversee development of construction documents using AutoCAD and/or RevitSupport or review short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studiesAttend client meetings and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycleEnsure compliance with NEC, applicable codes, and industry standards

Qualifications / RequirementsBachelor"s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience8+ years of electrical consulting engineering experience focused on building systemsStrong experience with lighting, power distribution, and special systems designProficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit along with strong project management and communication skills
