Senior Electrical Estimator- (Preconstruction Leader)
Join a growing electrical and general construction company with operations in Florida and Puerto Rico, where you will play a key role in shaping which projects we pursue and how we win them.
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator who wants more than just preparing bids — someone who wants to influence strategy, drive preconstruction decisions, and help scale a high-growth organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead preconstruction and estimating strategy for commercial electrical and general construction projects.
- Evaluate and select bid opportunities alongside leadership.
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and final estimates.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals.
- Drive value engineering initiatives to improve project competitiveness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Collaborate closely with project management to ensure successful project handoff

What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years in electrical estimating (commercial preferred)
- Experience in preconstruction and bid strategy
- Familiarity with tools like Accubid and On-Screen Takeoff (preferred, not required)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience in general construction estimating
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
