Job Description

Senior Project Manager - Electrical Construction

Join one of Central New Jersey"s leading electrical construction suppliers, known for delivering complex, high-quality commercial projects. This is a high-impact leadership role offering excellent compensation and the opportunity to manage large-scale projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage commercial electrical construction projects from start to completionMonitor budgets, labor costs, schedules, and project milestones to ensure on-time deliveryCollaborate with superintendents, engineers, and estimators to define scope and execution plansOversee client communication, change orders, reporting, and site coordination

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience with a commercial electrical contractorExperience with medium voltage substations and power distribution systemsProven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or data center projectsBackground in value engineering and complex project environments
