Job DetailsAs a Senior Employment Lawyer / Senior Labor Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

JD from an accredited law school
Active Maryland Bar license
Demonstrated experience handling plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution
Proven ability to manage a caseload through all phases of litigation or arbitration
Comfort operating independently at the senior level, with sharp attention to detail and clear, effective written and oral communication
Ability and desire to mentor, teach, and guide new associates in the practice of law.
