Job Title: Senior Engagement Lead / Technology Risk Lead

Location(s): Chicago, IL(Remote)Core Objective Senior consulting leader responsible for end-to-end delivery of an ETS technology-risk engagement, overseeing two workstreams:

ETS Risk Posture Framework
KCI design for 71 key technology controls

The person will be the single point of accountability for delivery, client management, quality, governance, commercial performance, and milestone acceptance.Must-Have Requirements

Senior-level experience leading technology risk, cybersecurity risk, GRC, controls, or risk-transformation consulting engagements.
Proven ownership of complex fixed-fee programs with multiple parallel workstreams.
Strong technology controls and risk-management expertise.
Hands-on understanding of KCI/KRI design and risk frameworks.
Experience with governance, controls monitoring, and technical implementation handoffs.
Strong experience with:
- RAID management
- Dependency management
- Change control
- Deliverable acceptance
- Customer/stakeholder management
- Commercial risk management
Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Experience working in a large regulated financial-services organization.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across technology risk, controls, data, and technical domains.

Preferred

Global banking experience, especially enterprise/global-bank environments.
Technology-risk posture or controls-monitoring program experience.
Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, PMP, or equivalent.

Ideal Candidate Profile Look for someone closer to a Senior Manager / Director / Engagement Lead in a Big 4 or major consulting environment rather than a pure hands-on GRC analyst.
