About the opportunity
Your tasks include
- Implement, qualify, and maintain automation solutions for manufacturing operations.
- Lead and support capital equipment projects from planning through execution.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, capacity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment, process, and product development activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, validation standards, and documentation practices.
- Provide technical expertise, training, and support for manufacturing processes and equipment.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or process engineering.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and process optimization.
- Knowledge of automation technologies such as PLCs, vision systems, or industrial controls is preferred.
- Experience with GMP validation, technical writing, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), design reviews, or CAD is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes a bonus plan and generous benefits.
