Primary Skills: 3D Workflows Program Planning (advanced), Cross-Functional Collaboration (advanced), Risk Mitigation (advanced), Agile Methodologies (advanced), Technical Communication (advanced) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months Location: SAFO, CA (#LI-Remote) Pay Range: $80 - $85 per hour on W2#LPJob Summary:This role is for a Senior Engineering Program Manager focused on advancing 3D technologies and workflows. You will lead complex, high-impact programs from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The position requires a proactive individual capable of navigating ambiguity, driving cross-functional teams, and achieving excellent results in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrate the lifecycle of critical technical programs, translating business objectives into actionable plans.
Foster seamless collaboration among diverse engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure project success.
Proactively identify and address program risks, developing contingency plans to ensure timely delivery.
Champion and implement efficient program management best practices to enhance execution.
Clearly communicate program progress, challenges, and dependencies to stakeholders across all levels.

Must-Have Skills:

Extensive experience leading complex technical programs.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and consensus.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud technologies.
