Please go through the Job Description and if you are comfortable and available in the job market, then pl reply to me.Job Title: Senior Engineering Programme Manager – Pearl 10X NacelleDuration: 18+ months contractWork Location: Wichita, KS 67209Job Description: The Nacelle development is one of the key critical path activities for the Pearl 10X programme. As experienced on previous development programmes, including BR725 and Pearl 700, client representation at the Nacelle supplier is a crucial element of the governance model. Overall, will invest significantly for the Nacelle development at Spirit and therefore needs to maintain comprehensive oversight and influence of the activities at the design & make supplier. The successful candidate will join the programme as the Nacelle moves from its definition to manufacturing/delivery phase. In parallel, momentum is building towards hardware qualification and subsequent certification of the product. In this new role it is essential that the design and make supplier activities remain aligned to the needs of the Project and Customer necessitating a blend of engineering knowledge, programme management, personal influence and judgement reflected by the grade.Key Accountabilities:

• Interface with Nacelle supplier daily – both Programme and Engineering teams including leadership teams
• Ensure task expectations are clear and actions are closed both ways
• Supports task delivery and integrated project plan, including closure of CDR and delivery of development and flight test hardware on time.
• Maintain appropriate metrics to track progress and issue a weekly report into the client leadership team
• Supports client and Airframer approval process on Engineering and Quality documentation (e.g. drawings, QTPs, Concessions)

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in programme management, ideally within powerplant or aerospace development.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging customers or suppliers.
• Strong focus on delivery and problem-solving

Basic Qualifications:

• Associates degree with 7+ years of experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, OR
• Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, OR
• PhD / JD

Preferred Qualifications:

• Long term experience in Programme Management
• Good understanding in Powerplant Development
• Preferably Engineering background
• Excellent communication and influencing skills – including communication with Customer representatives. Experience with Supplier or Customer representative role preferred.
• Delivery and problem resolution focus
