Job Description

Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Senior Epic Application Analyst to support a healthcare organization in the Houston area. This position is ideal for an Epic professional with hands-on ASAP experience and knowledge of Emergency Department workflows.

The Senior Epic Application Analyst will provide application support, troubleshooting, optimization, and configuration for Epic systems, with a primary focus on the Emergency Department and Epic ASAP.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain Epic application functionality.
Assist with ASAP workflows and Emergency Department operations.
Troubleshoot system and workflow issues.
Work with clinical and operational teams to improve Epic functionality.
Participate in application upgrades, testing, configuration, and enhancements.
Analyze user needs and recommend effective system solutions.
Provide ongoing support in a live healthcare environment.

Qualifications

Epic ASAP certification required.
ClinDoc or Ambulatory certification may be considered.
At least 4 years of experience working in an Epic application environment.
Previous experience supporting an Emergency Department using Epic.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Houston-area candidates preferred.
Ability to work on-site in the greater Houston area.
