Senior Equipment Finance Underwriter(Finance Analyst) Location: Irving, TX/ Minneapolis, MN/ Des Moines, IA Senior Equipment Finance Underwriter(Finance Analyst) to join their Vendor Financial Services as part of Commercial Bank.Required Qualifications: o 4+ years of Equipment Finance Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or related field o Experience underwriting transactions and exposures in excess of $1MM o Financial Analysis experience o Experience working across multiple industries in an underwriting capacity (i.e. construction, transportation, industrial, manufacturing, office technology, health care and technology) o Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word and PowerPointIn this role, you will: o Lead or participate in research and underwrite the creditworthiness of moderately complex commercial or business loan and lease requests within Equipment Finance Underwriting functional area o Review and research moderately complex commercial or business loan and lease requests that require an in-depth evaluation o Perform periodic reviews on assigned portfolio credits o Maintain risk ratings and other relevant data on systems of record o Approve loans or leases within delegated credit authority and recommend transactions in excess of that authority o Collaborate and consult with Equipment Finance Underwriting peers, colleagues, and middle level managers and achieve business objectives o Work with internal and external business partners to gather information to make appropriate decisions
