DescriptionPerform detailed quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and cost analysis.Develop conceptual, schematic, and final estimates for scopes.Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.Evaluate drawings, specifications, and addenda to identify gaps and risks.Participate in preconstruction strategy meetings and proposal development.Work closely with operations to ensure estimates align with field realities.Support value engineering, bid leveling, and project handoff processes.
