We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team.Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates for waterproofing and masonry projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify project details and scope.Research and source material and labor costs to provide competitive and precise estimates.Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documentation.Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary to maintain budget integrity.Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials relevant to waterproofing and masonry.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
