THE JOB / Senior Event Executive (Legacy Sports/CSR) (Financial Services Client)EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Do you excel at managing logistics, coordinating inventory and ensuring every moving part comes together seamlessly? If so, this opportunity is for you!We are looking for a Senior Event Executive to join our dynamic team to support the execution of consumer and community-based experiences for our financial services client. This role supports a dedicated team that creates events supporting our client's integrated campaigns. Our campaigns feature programming with iconic sports & CSR partnerships including MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, Motorsports and Special Olympics properties!The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, takes pride in supporting events through seamless planning and coordination, and creating inspiring and impactful experiences.This role will work in a team environment with a diverse group of people from different cultural backgrounds and will report to the team's Event Manager. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for organization and precision.THE WORK YOU'LL DO
  •     Support teammates with planning and execution of multiple on-the-ground activationsPrepare necessary event documents including event guides, status reports, inventory tracking documents, etc. 
  •     Assist with vendor management and logistical planningWork cross-functionally with various internal and external disciplines
  •     Develop a knowledge and understanding of financial service client’s sponsorship portfolio and business initiativesParticipate in brainstorms and creative ideation and provide research as requested

  •     A passion for sports, cause, arts/film3+ years of event-related experience preferred, with a focus on executing large-scale custom experiences to small-scale turnkey engagements
  •     The mindset that no job is too small or too big, with a can-do attitude and desire to succeed & learnAn individual who is coachable and willing to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
  •     Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solverYou’re a go-getter, who demonstrates initiative and embraces new challenges
  •     Willingness to brainstorm fun ideas and bring them to lifeExcellent communication skills, both oral and written
  •     Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Willing to work non-traditional hours including weekend travel
  •     Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.
