The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, and litigation. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience.Why join us?As a Senior Family Law Attorney, your responsibilities will include:1. Representing clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including divorce, child custody, alimony, marital property division, and other related matters.2. Conducting thorough and thoughtful client interviews to understand their unique needs and goals.3. Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to achieve desired outcomes for our clients.4. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, such as prenuptial agreements, divorce petitions, and custody agreements.5. Conducting and managing litigation, including preparing for and representing clients at trials, hearings, and mediation sessions.6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and advising clients accordingly.7. Collaborating with the firm's team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service.8. Mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the firm's professional development initiatives.Job DetailsQualifications:The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of five years of experience in family law, with a focus on divorce, custody, and litigation.3. Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in family law matters.5. Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.6. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and advise clients accordingly.7.
