Kingdom Roofing Systems is hiring a Senior Field Technician to support our production team across roofing, siding, and construction projects. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can diagnose issues, execute repairs, and step in to lead when needed.

If you have experience across shingles, vinyl siding, Hardie, single-ply roofing, and framing, and you take pride in solving problems the right way the first time-this role gives you the autonomy, variety, and growth you're looking for.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve field issues across roofing, siding, and structural components
• Perform repairs and service work on shingles, vinyl, Hardie, single-ply systems, and framing
• Respond to emergency service calls (leaks, storm damage, urgent repairs)
• Support active job sites to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Step in as a Site Superintendent when needed to help manage crews and keep projects on track
• Document work with photos, notes, and updates in CRM systems
• Communicate with Project Advisors, Production Managers, and customers
• Ensure all work meets Kingdom quality standards and safety requirements
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and jobsite professionalism

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction, roofing, or exterior trades
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Shingle roofing
  • Vinyl siding
  • Hardie (fiber cement)
  • Single-ply roofing systems (TPO/EPDM/PVC)
  • Basic framing / structural repairs
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently in the field
• Ability to step into a leadership role on job sites when needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license

Pay & Benefits

• $70,000 – $80,000 annual salary (based on experience and skill set)
