Senior Finance Manager, FP&A- Marketing Finance at a glance….

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager who is eager for a seat at the table when it comes to optimizing our investments and influencing decision-making. This person will spearhead the forecasting routines for our billion-dollar Marketing budget, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to Finance leadership on the outlook for, and effectiveness of, our Marketing investments. In addition, this Senior Manager will oversee two direct reports, serve as the Finance SME to our Media and Shopper Marketing business partners, and play a key role in our annual planning process.

What’s on the menu?

  • Oversee all ZBB/fixed cost spend across North America’s Marketing P&L line, in partnership with two direct reports, collaborating with brand teams and leadership within each business unit, Central Marketing teams, accounting, and procurement
  • Maintain financial reporting cadence with key cross functional stakeholders, including actuals and forecasting, presenting monthly financial results to BU, Zone Finance, and Global ZBB Leadership 
  • Provide insights on investment and savings opportunities using cost drivers, benchmark analysis, and other KPIs to drive KHC business decisions
  • Collaborate with business partners to establish the 5-year strategic plan and bottoms-up budget for the following year; analyze year-over-year spend and KHC initiatives to determine the best areas to invest
  • Support Finance leadership on ad hoc ZBB requests

  • BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required or Engineering degree with finance experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting required
  • Investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A, commercial finance experience preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP suites, Tableau, or Alteryx
  • Excel mastery paired with analytical curiosity
  • Confident communication – must have the ability to communicate within peer group and with senior leadership
  • Independent learner with a sense of urgency and works well under pressure

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
