Who: Experienced finance professional leading A/P and A/R teams with strong leadership and process improvement skills.What: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, optimize cash flow, reduce DSO, and drive operational efficiency.Where: Alpharetta, GA – hybrid, on-site and remote work.When: Full-time, weekdays, occasional travel required.Why: Ensure timely and accurate financial operations, optimize working capital, and enhance team performance.Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 USD per year.
Job Summary:The Senior Finance Manager leads the A/P and A/R functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations. This role drives cash flow optimization, reduces DSO, and implements best practices for operational efficiency. The position collaborates across finance, operations, and sales teams while managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor A/P analysts and collections specialists
Oversee end-to-end A/P and A/R processes
Develop cash flow forecasts and manage working capital
Reduce DSO and monitor performance metrics
Identify automation opportunities and implement digital solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and serve as liaison for audits
Establish KPIs and report team performance regularly
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years progressive finance experience in A/P, A/R, and cash management
Proven management experience leading teams
Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization
Experience reducing DSO and improving financial processes
D365 experience is a plus
