Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team on a 6–9 month hybrid contract. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with account teams and internal stakeholders to evaluate financial results, support client reporting, and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Review and analyze purchasing trends, financial results, and client incentive programs across an assigned portfolio
- Collaborate with National Account Executives to track performance metrics, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts
- Develop and deliver client-level reporting and financial insights to support growth initiatives
- Maintain and validate financial terms within systems to ensure alignment with contractual agreements
- Assist with compliance reporting, government requirements, and various ad hoc projects
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus) with 5–8 years of experience
- Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and modeling)
- Experience working with SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Familiarity with Power BI for building dashboards and reports
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
