The Dixon Group is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Chestertown, MD! We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Senior Financial Analyst to partner with operations and finance leadership to drive financial planning, analysis, and business decision support. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working closely with the business, building financial models, and turning data into meaningful insights. This is a highly visible position within a growing finance organization focused on continuous improvement, strong business partnership, and building a scalable, world-class finance function.

What You'll Do:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insight and analysis
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting
• Analyze monthly results and explain key business drivers
• Perform profitability, trend, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Help improve financial reporting processes and tools

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 4-8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or operational finance
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
• ERP or financial systems experience preferred
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial concepts clearly
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Manufacturing or multi-site experience a plus
• Occasional travel to U.S. facilities may be required
