Role SummaryThe Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance & Long?Term Planning will own and evolve the multi?year financial model that underpins market expansion through greenfield investments and acquisitions. Youll translate business plans into cohesive financial projections, scenario analyses, and investment cases that inform executive decision?making and capital allocation.Reporting directly to the CFO, this highly analytical and hands?on role partners with leaders across Expansion, Operations, Commercial Finance, FP&A, and Accounting. You will present findings to the capital expansion group (CEO, COO, CFO, VP Commercial Finance), track performance versus plan, and continuously refine assumptions as the business scales. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrated multi?year financial models aligned to long?term growth strategy.
- Translate expansion roadmaps into revenue ramps, cost structures, and capital requirements.
- Develop scenario and sensitivity frameworks (upside/downside) to evaluate pacing and investment paths.
- Analyze and support major growth investments: greenfield market entries, real estate/lease decisions, and acquisitions.
- Conduct CAPEX modeling, ROI/IRR analyses, and capital allocation trade?offs across markets/projects.
- Compare actuals to long?term projections; diagnose variances and update assumptions to improve forecast accuracy.
- Align strategic models with annual plans and reporting by partnering with Commercial Finance, FP&A, and Accounting.
- Communicate complex findings clearly for ELT discussions, driving insight?led decisions.
- 58 years in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or investment analysis with demonstrable advanced financial modeling expertise.
- Proven experience creating multi?year projections, scenario/sensitivity analyses, and CAPEX models (including cost build?ups).
- Strong command of the P&L with the ability to analyze variable vs. fixed costs and margin drivers.
- Advanced Excel (structured modeling, error?checking, scenario management); comfort working with incomplete data and evolving assumptions.
- Experience supporting growth initiatives (new market entry, M&A, real estate/lease decisions, capital prioritization).
- Executive communication skillsable to simplify complex outputs into concise insights and present to senior leadership.
- Preferred: Industry exposure to building products, residential/commercial construction, or manufacturing; experience in ~$1B revenue environments; Power BI; MBA a plus.
- High impact and visibilityreporting to the CFO and presenting to the ELT/capital expansion group.
- Newly created seat focused on long?term growth and capital planning, not just routine reporting.

- Onsite collaboration culture with flexible hours (85 typical); primarily onsite (5 days), with potential for limited remote flexibility over time.
