Job Description

AIR Communities is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Workday Financials platform. This position is ideal for a Workday Financials professional who enjoys solving business challenges, partnering with stakeholders, and driving continuous system improvements.

In this highly visible role, you'll work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Operations, and IT to support day-to-day system operations, enhance financial processes, and deliver reporting and configuration solutions that help the business operate more effectively.

This position sits within the Finance organization and offers the opportunity to become a trusted advisor to business leaders while expanding your expertise across Workday Financials. The role is focused on functional configuration and production support and does not include integration development or security administration responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday Financials users by providing production support and troubleshooting system, process, configuration, and reporting issues through resolution.
Configure and maintain Workday Financials components, including Financial Data Models (FDM), company structures, worktags, hierarchies, business processes, validations, reporting, and related financial configuration.
Partner with business users to understand requirements, evaluate impacts, and implement Workday solutions that support business needs.
Evaluate downstream impacts of system and configuration changes across accounting, reporting, integrations, controls, and operational processes.
