  • Agency management – collaborate effectively, autonomously, and thoughtfully with agency partnerships, bearing in mind key strategies and industry standards.
  • Candidate experience — deliver consistent, high-quality experience at every touchpoint; represent the company with professionalism and transparency.
  • Data & reporting — track and own recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion) and use data to improve
  • Compliance & process integrity — ensure all hiring activities adhere to employment law, EEO requirements, and internal audit standards.
  • Offer management — construct competitive, legally sound offers; negotiate with candidates using market data and internal compensation frameworks.
  • Additional duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, attributes, and values:

  • High level of discretion and judgment when handling sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to synthesize information quickly and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Executes in a machine-like manner, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational-follow through

Illustrative Benefits:

  • 100% company paid medical premiums
  • 17 company paid holidays
  • Friday summer hours
  • Monthly community happy hours
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Free catered food services for in-office days
  • Generous PTO offering
  • Casual dress code
  • 150% 401(k) match up to $7,500 and 100% match above $7,500 ($15k match limit)
  • Gym reimbursement, back up childcare services, insurance, financial, and legal services, and much more!

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a competitive college or university
  • At least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years inside a fintech, financial services, or highly regulated technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire for technical roles (software engineering, data, infrastructure) and business-critical roles (compliance, risk, finance, operations).
  • Proficiency with an enterprise ATS (Greenhouse or equivalent) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Track record of managing 15–25+ open requisitions simultaneously with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process where it doesn't exist.
  • Approximately 10% domestic and/or international travel annually
  • Ability to work non-standard US business hours, to accommodate international searches strategically

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law, EEOC standards, and offer/compensation compliance

  • Experience contributing to compensation benchmarking using Radford, or similar platforms
  • Prior involvement in building or refining structured interview frameworks (e.g., STAR, behavioral competency grids)

Compensation:

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $140,000 - $225,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including  paid time off ranging from 15 to 25 days based on years of service, paid sick and safe leave, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid parental time off, birth mother recovery pay, sick family member pay, parental ramp back up program, gym reimbursement and generous employer match for 401k.
