Job Summary

If you are an experienced professional who enjoys working with the older adult population, has a vibrant and outgoing personality, and a background in personal training, group fitness, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or other related experience, we would love to talk with you about opportunities to join a developing team of like-minded professionals and grow with our company.

Our trainers are provided with ongoing support and training and are able to build flexible schedules around other commitments. This is a part-time position.

Team Building & Training - Assisting with building a cohesive team of trainers, including sourcing and training new team members, subbing, team teaching, and helping with ongoing team support. This is the part of the position that may require some limited travel to help support team members.If you are interested in finding out more information, we would love to schedule an informational interview to determine if we are a good fit.

Responsibilities

Work with and support a team of highly professional fitness trainers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
Provide training and support to the trainer team

Proven experience in the health and wellness industry
