Job DetailsAs a Senior Loss Mitigation Attorney / Senior Repossession Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

JD from an accredited law school
MS Bar license
8+ years of professional experience an attorney
Experience handling a volume of MS foreclosures and default related business (bankruptcy, loss mitigation, etc) within the last 24 months. We are NOT looking for a real estate closing attorney
