RentEngine makes it faster, easier, and cheaper. Hundreds of leasing teams in 40 states rely on RentEngine every day.
We launched in 2025 and are growing by 15%/month with a lean team. We ship new features daily and announce weekly (rentengine.io/blog)
Now we're hiring to build even faster.

What we're looking for
- Full-stack engineer with 5+ years of experience.
- Enjoys front-end work and is an expert with React, but still dangerous in backend.
- Balances the perfect solution with what works well enough but can deploy today
- Thrives in environments with ambiguity and experimentation
What you can expect / What you will do
- Ship A- product at A+ timeline. Know how to come back and turn the A- product into an A+ product
- High ownership, accountability & drive: Understand the product requirements, come up with fitting solutions, and test your own code to make sure it solves the problem
- Define and own solutions to large and complex systems, from the database to the UI
- Build products for the ops team & directly for our customers and users

Compensation
- $150-$180k base salary (location adjusted)
