• Design, develop, and support scalable full-stack enterprise applications.*
• Lead solution architecture initiatives across interconnected systems and services.*
• Drive platform modernization and technical improvement efforts.*
• Design and implement REST APIs and enterprise integrations.*
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technical teams on integrations, SSO, and platform connectivity.*
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to support deployment and operationalization of data models and insights.*
• Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices.*
• Participate in Agile development, architecture reviews, and technical planning.

• Deep understanding of API design and integration patterns.*
• Experience with JSON, SOAP, XML, and WSDL-based integrations.*
• Experience building integrations across multiple business systems.*
• Experience working within AWS-hosted environments.*
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR technology ecosystems.*
• Experience integrating HRIS, ATS, CRM, or ERP platforms.*
